Key indicators of aluminum alloy profile quality

1. Appearance quality:

The surface of the anodized profile is not allowed to have defects that affect the use such as electric burns and oxide film falling off.

The paint film after electrophoresis, powder and fluorocarbon profile painting should be uniform, neat and smooth, and wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions and paint film peeling and other defects that affect the use are not allowed, but local no film is allowed within 80mm of the end of the profile.

2. Wall thickness: The wall thickness of the profile is one of the main factors affecting the strength of the processed parts, and the main profile is the stress part in the project. For example, the minimum nominal wall thickness of the main profile of the exterior window shall not be less than 1.4mm.

3. Film thickness: the surface corrosion resistance of the extruded aluminum alloy profile is not strong, and the surface treatment must be carried out to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance of the aluminum material.

4. Chemical composition, mechanical properties: different grades of aluminum alloy profiles, supply status, chemical composition, mechanical properties and technical parameters are different, customers should check one by one against the standard (contract).

5. Color and color difference: Different grades and supply status of alloys have color and color difference differences. It is recommended that when selecting alloy grades and supply status, fully consider the influence of color and color difference inconsistencies on the building structure.

6. Salt spray corrosion resistance, abrasion, weather, mortar, etc.: This is an important technical parameter of aluminum alloy profiles, reflecting the performance of aluminum alloy profiles and affecting the use.
