1. Appearance quality. The surface of the anodized profile is not allowed to have defects such as electric burns and oxide film falling off that affect the use;

The paint film after electrophoresis, powder and fluorocarbon profile painting should be uniform, neat and smooth, and no wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions and paint film peeling are allowed to affect the use of defects, but partial filmlessness is allowed within 80mm of the end of the profile.

2. Wall thickness. The wall thickness of the profile is one of the main factors affecting the strength of the processed parts, and the main profile is the stressed part in the project.

3. Film thickness: The surface corrosion resistance of the extruded aluminum alloy profile is not strong, and the surface treatment must be carried out to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance aesthetics of the aluminum material

4. Chemical composition and mechanical properties: different grades and supply states of aluminum alloy profiles, their chemical composition, mechanical properties and technical parameters are different.

5. Salt spray corrosion resistance, abrasiveness, weather, mortar, etc.: This is an important technical parameter of aluminum alloy profiles, reflecting the performance of aluminum alloy profiles and affecting the use.
