The basic production process of aluminum profiles can be divided into the following three steps: 1. Extruding aluminum rods into substrates; 2. Surface treatment of substrate 3. Threading (i.e. insulation strip).
The following is the extrusion process flow of aluminum rods:
1. Heat the aluminum rod, which is usually 6 meters long. Heat the aluminum rod to 45 degrees Celsius and keep it warm for 1 hour;
2. Cut the aluminum rod and transport it to the raw material inlet of the extruder;
3. Operating an extruder to extrude aluminum rods, the shape of the extruded profiles varies depending on the mold used; The thicker the wall thickness of the profile, the thicker the required aluminum rod;
4. After cooling, the profiles are pulled and sawn to a fixed length by a traction machine;
5. After sawing, transport the aluminum profile to the straightening workbench for straightening and correction;
6. The corrected aluminum profile is transported to the finished product platform for fixed length sawing; Finished aluminum profiles are framed and subjected to aging treatment in an aging furnace;
7. Hardness measurement, after passing the test, becomes the substrate and enters the warehouse for the next process
Surface treatment, also known as spraying, oxidation, etc., generally involves cleaning the surface of the substrate with impurities such as grease through multiple processes before spraying or oxidation.
After surface treatment, the profile can be threaded, which is divided into three steps: tooth opening, threading, and rolling. Some companies have omitted the step of tooth opening; Of course, by increasing the tooth opening process, the strength of the aluminum profile and insulation strip composite will be higher.
XTM Aluminum Company specializes in producing aluminum extruded profiles, such as aluminum tile decorative strips, floor decorative strips, edges, transitions, strips, partitions, profiles, pipes, pipes, etc. They are suitable for stairs, floors, corners, office furniture, LED lighting, air vents, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, partition screens, etc.
