6. When assembling the divergent die, the
worker should apply the copper rod to gently beat it upside down, and it is not
allowed to hit it with a large hammer to avoid excessive force and shock the
mold
7. Before nitriding of the aluminum
extrusion die, the mold hole working belt should be carefully polished to the
surface roughness Ra0.8~0.4μm;
8. Aluminum profile extrusion mold should
be cleaning before nitriding, no oil. The nitriding process should be
reasonable (depending on the characteristics of the equipment and the mold
material), the surface hardness after nitriding is HV900~1200, and the
nitriding layer is too thick and too strong, which will cause the nitriding
layer to peel off. A set of molds generally allows nitriding 3 to 5 times;
Complex high-magnification radiator profile molds no need to nitriding.
9. The new mold, bar mold and round tube
mold of the old product can be directly nitrided without trying the mold; the
new product and complex profile mold must be qualified before the nitriding
treatment can be carried out;
10. The aluminum extrusion new molds should
be unlocaed for nitriding treatment to avoid pulling the working belt out of
the groove after extruding max 10 sets ingots. Between the two nitriding can
not be overproduced, the general flat mold is 60 ~ 100 ingots, the shunt mold
is 40 ~ 80 ingots is appropriate, too much will pull through the nitriding
layer.
