1. Surface quality

3. Sealing holes quality

Aluminum profiles have many voids on the surface after anodizing, and if they are not sealing or sealing well, the corrosion resistance of aluminum profiles will be reduced.

4. The chromaticity

The color should be consistent for the same aluminum profile, no obvious color difference.

5. The intensity

You can use your hand to bend the profile moderately, if you do not work hard to bend the profile, then it can be determined that the strength of the aluminum profile is not up to standard, but the strength of the profile is not as hard as possible, aluminum has a certain toughness, non-hard material。
