How to judge the quality of aluminum profiles
1. Surface quality
In addition to the surface of the aluminum profile should be
cleaned, no cracks, peeling, corrosion and bubbles are allowed, but also not
allowed to have corrosion spots, electric burns, black spots, oxide film
shedding and other defects, check the surface of the aluminum alloy profile,
should be no depression or bulge
2. Oxide film thickness
The oxide film of the aluminum profile is formed in anodizing,
which has a protective and decorative effect, and it is lightly swiped on the
surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on its surface can be erased
off.
3. Sealing holes quality
Aluminum profiles have many voids on the surface after
anodizing, and if they are not sealing or sealing well, the corrosion
resistance of aluminum profiles will be reduced.
4. The chromaticity
The color should be consistent for the same aluminum profile,
no obvious color difference.
5. The intensity
You can use your hand to bend the profile moderately, if you
do not work hard to bend the profile, then it can be determined that the
strength of the aluminum profile is not up to standard, but the strength of the
profile is not as hard as possible, aluminum has a certain toughness, non-hard
material。
