The film thickness is low means that the powder thickness does not meet the standard requirements。

Reasons：

1. Too much thick powder and poor conductivity

2. The spraying process is not properly operated

3. The material hanger does not conduct electricity

Measures:

1. Adjust the quality of the powder and improve the powder rate

3. When hanging material, choose a well-treated, well-conducted hanging device
