Impurities in aluminum profile powder coating

 

Common impurities in aluminum profile powder coating are mainly derived from particles in the powder coating environment, as well as from other factors, and are summarized below.

 

1 Impurities in the curing furnace. The solution is to thoroughly clean the inner wall of the curing furnace with a damp cloth and vacuum cleaner, with emphasis on the suspension chain and the air duct gap. If it is a large black particle impurities need to check the air duct filter for damage, some timely replacement.

 

2 Powder indoor impurities. Mainly dust, clothing fibers, equipment grinding particles and powdering system scale. The solution is to use compressed air to blow the powder system before starting work every day, and thoroughly clean the powder spray equipment and powder room with a damp cloth and vacuum cleaner.

 

3 Hanging chain impurities. Mainly hanging chain oil shield and a sling catch water plate (material for hot galvanizing plate) by the pretreatment of acid, alkali vapor corrosion products. The solution is to clean up these facilities regularly.

 

4 Powder impurities. Mainly too many powder additives, uneven pigment dispersion, powder is squeezed caused by powder points. The solution is to improve the quality of the powder and improve the way the powder is stored and transported.

 

5 Pretreatment of impurities. Mainly caused by phosphating slag caused by large particle impurities and phosphation membrane yellow rust caused by small pieces of impurities. The solution is to clean up the phosphating tank and spray line slag in time, and control the concentration and proportion of phosphating tank fluid.

 

6 Water quality impurities. Mainly pretreatment of the water used in the sand content, salt content is too large caused by impurities. The solution is to add a water filter and use pure water as the last two levels of cleaning water.
