1. Aluminum alloy is the most commonly used material in lamp manufacturing, usually heard to do the lamp needs to open the mold (die mold), after opening to press aluminum alloy.

Newly bought aluminum alloy is the form of aluminum ingots, put it into the die-casting machine after pressing out of the object, is a common lamp structure, such as the lamp behind the radiator lamp body, doughnuts, as well as directly using aluminum alloy die-casting light body and so on. It has the advantages of light material, high strength and excellent processing, so many lamps will be made of aluminum alloy.

2. Zinc alloy

However, the cost of aluminum alloy is relatively high, there are some material requirements are not very high lamp structure can be replaced with zinc alloy, its quality is slightly heavier, but the cost is relatively cheap. Therefore, the general grade is not particularly high products (used in mid-range lamps), may be zinc alloy as raw materials to do, especially some small spare parts.

3. Steel plate

Steel is also a very commonly used material in lamps, its wide range of applications, much cheaper than aluminum, plasticity is also very strong, so many need high-strength but do not need high-precision die castings, generally will use steel plate.
