The cause of bubbles in powder coating

1. The pipe has water and it goes into the paint system when in powder coating. It hs so many bubbles because of incompatible.

2. The gun paint is too large, air flow is too large, resulting in thick coating, and splash, so easy to appear bubbles.

3. The formula system has a problem, 1000cp is a very low viscosity, if the system has incompatible component will appear bubbles.

4. Excessive viscosity of paint, the wood conduit is thick and deep, the filling hole has air, spray air pressure is high and too much air has been mixed into the paint

5. The coated surface is with oil, dust, sweat, etc. , these unclean things around the assembly of water.

6. The temperature difference between the coating and the surface is too large.

7. Diluent improper use, curing agent added excessive or used wrong curing agent.

8. Coating ambient temperature is too high or relative humidity is too high

9. The drying of the lower coating is not completely applied to the coating, the coating is rapidly drying.

10. When the use of heating drying coating, the temperature is too high, the coating before heating sit time is not enough, the solvent is not fully volatile, the paint itself into the bubble, stirring when the bubbles produced are not eliminated and so on.
