How to deal with the rough surface of industrial aluminum profiles?

Sometimes when we process industrial aluminum profiles, we find that their surface is very rough and has seriously affect the use. So, how to deal with the rough surface of industrial aluminum profiles?

If the internal tissue defects of aluminum profiles cause surface roughness: casting state tissue, such as cast or die-cast aluminum workpieces, aluminum profile grain refinement is not sufficient and loose, slag and other defects, in the processing process, the amount of deformation is not sufficient, loose branch pattern and other defects caused by rough surface, can be prevented by providing the internal quality of aluminum profile. So aluminum profile manufacturers to improve the surface quality of chemical polishing is particularly important.

The roughness of the surface of the aluminum profile after chemical polishing may be caused by the high content of nitric acid in the tank fluid, acidic erosion, and possibly the internal tissue defects of the aluminum profile.

If the copper content in the tank fluid is also high, the surface roughness will be more serious. Usually, if the content of nitric acid in the tank liquid is too high, the chemical polishing reaction is intense, there is a "boiling" phenomenon. If the nitric acid content is normal and the copper content is high, then the aluminum profile after washing is attached to a very obvious metal copper characteristic color. If the same characteristic color is very deep, the copper content in the surface tank liquid is high, measures should be taken to adjust the content of nitric acid and copper to the normal range. If the additive contains copper, it should be appropriate lysing less, and if the copper in the tank is from the chemical polishing of the copper-aluminum profile, measures should be taken to add copper-free additives or to adjust the tank fluid.
